keep all unmateched bets

I have a spreadsheet in which I use keep all unmateched bets sometimes I load 100 markets with that same spreadsheet what happens is that BA makes the bets to keep on all the games but some times and in some markets the bets are canceled what I am I doing wrong? do you have any idea ??

Do all your markets actually have in play trading? Not all do.

yes i have in play trading , What happens is that automation fires and puts the bet on keep but after a while the bet was canceled ...
