No reported problems this morning and we can't see anything unusual at the moment?

I had the exact same problem yesterday Mulberry. I tried several times to log in and just kep getting the same message.

In the end I had to re-install BA, seems to be working ok today.

Yea, I just reinstalled BA 3 times now with little success. Any idea why this happens to individuals as opposed to all users?

Generally the most common cause is your firewall stopping Bet Angel accessing the internet. You may want to check your firewall settings.

Could you see if you can connect using our diagnostics tool? It can be downloaded from our support page.

Something must have changed IMHO. Has windows installed any updates? If it was working ok yesterday but not today then maybe you could use windows to roll back to an earlier restore point? Are you using it on a laptop in a different location to yesterday?

But it sounds like the firewall to me. Double check that - disable the entire firewall rather than individual settings for a short time. Check Bet Angel is on the list of applications allowed to access the internet.
