Advanced Chart Windows Sticking/Stopping

Hi,

Recently my Advanced Chart windows are sticking/stopping.

I realize that the market movement isn't being reflected correctly in the advanced chart.
Then on further investigation I realize that the chart isn't moving.
If I then click on the chart window the missing data appears.

This has left me I some difficult situations of late.

What is this down to? My computers processing capabilites? My connection?

Any help would be appreciated.
