You can trade in play by directing your VPN to NZ using and Aussie account

You can trade in play by directing your VPN to NZ using and Aussie account. Betfair Australia is not wholly part if the UK business, i think it is part owned by Crown. I believe their servers are located in a data centre in Darwin

So does anyone know is a UK account via NZ VPN will allow me to bet in play? or it is only Aus accounts? I wish BF would be more clear about jurisdictions and restrictions. :roll: :roll:

I live in Australia and use a vps sever in London for my In play requirements. Using my Australian betfair account.

I know a friend who has an account in Aus Betfair and uses the Bet Angel uk servers.

I've always been confused by what you could actually do. So with an AUS account but a UK IP you are OK to bet on any sport inplay? Or have I misunderstood that?

Servers in Darwin were shut down many year ago. It's all in the UK now.

Yes, the account solely bets in play events, both Aus and worldwide.

Been open for 5 yrs +, no bother.
