Lay over 1,5 goal 5 min before start and back in play

Hello,
I am new here and I am trying to set automation to lay over 1,5 goal before start and then back it in play when the price goes up by 3 ticks. I am trying but it is not working. Can somebody help me please?

How far have you got?

It just requires a rule to place a lay bet
Then on the parameters tab under global settings use 'Offset bet with greening' 3 ticks

Then a 2nd rule to 'keep all unmatched bets'
and just have this armed from a few mins before KO

I found on forum a rule for lay 2,5 goals and green up so I tried that but it looks better with offset.
