Let's just hope it's the only major meeting this is needed for

it seems like the government expected it to be less bad, on the news they were saying the updates numbers they got from italy were much worse than they expected there is no way hospital even has a chance of coping with the amount of people that will need help

If people want really blunt news then if you feel healthy, grab a tent, survival equipment, food and go find some remote woods and stay there until this all blows over. If someone approaches your space then you know what todo to stay safe. Animals have been doing that for 1,000 of years. Sounds harsh and over the top but it comes down to how much you want to survive. Animals would do it without even really thinking about it.

It’s interesting that in the USA there not queuing for food in California. But guns and ammo. Out of all the states that is surprising as it’s the one anti gun state outside of New York that has introduced very strict gun control measures. Until recently gun ownership there was declining. But people feel unsafe and you need to protect your family, home and food supplies.

Avoiding "unnecessary gatherings" doesn't sound promising, and lets face it that's the category most racing comes under. That would stop the dogs too. Then we're at the mercy of what Australia does and if that goes too then I might as well shut up shop for the foreseeable.

There will have to be a selection of markets on when each sport resumes.

Adapting to new opportunities will be key. Learn or re-learn on-line poker could be one area. Swathes of live cardroom poker players are hunkering down as the casinos close, so the numbers will be there.

Poker has certain attributes that trading has, so many skills are transferable.

If anyone fancies playing around, this is the poker bot framework I used many years ago. All open source
In fact, I'm surprised it's still going

https://github.com/OpenHoldem/openholdembot/releases

It takes a bit of work but was making serious money with this about 17 years ago. However, unlike BF, the poker sites WILL ban you for botting. You need to get a little creative - we used a rootkit back in the day. Paid for "working" bots are obviously useless - no-one is going to sell a winner.

I might take another look, just for old times sake
