You jinxed it Derek ;) Having a poor day P/L wise myself... If I had a quid for every time I've ended up In-Play, I'd have another bank to blow!

Can't lose focus during any instances of new habits you're looking to form, or you slip into the old, comfortable behaviours

Focusing on the positives though. Catch you all in a few weeks ~~
How do you end up in play? I haven't done that for ages.

I don't even bother with Betfair live video - by the time I've got it going I've usually finished trading.

Just had a quick peek at the week ahead. Putting aside Champions day, Caulfield & Kensington Wednesday morning, Ipswich on Friday and then Caulfield & Randwick Saturday morning. :D

WTF happened here???
Backed it at 7.6 and got out at 7.6. In hindsight obviously I should have let it fall further but I was just so relieved not to make a loss on it!

I was just about to ask if Yarmouth had been officially pushed back to fill the gap left by the Windsor abandonment?
I dont actually watch any racing. Not live anyway. Very occasionally I watch a replay if I see anything unusual in the inplay market.

Can’t find anything official & haven’t actually heard anything on the live feeds but Yarmouth has been off late all afternoon by five minutes.

Looking at the market volumes it certainly looks like it has been pushed back unofficially at least. Yarmouth on 160K 2 minute after official off time.
