Great to see Winx win again..but the whole day sucked for me..only success I had was scalping up 7 times successfully on Randwick & Caulfield each(such a positive change for such a crap day).I felt like AI/Mystery Trader  was reversing the market every time I went on on a swing trade. Reset..bleh :( $10 down for the day.worst in weeks...

So good from Winx. That was a quality field and she just strolled on by like it was nothing. Absolute freak of nature.

Last couple at Caulfield were quite volatile, just like UK markets.

Great to see Winx again, disappointing that she's not coming over for Royal Ascot.

I suppose it's almost a lose lose scenario to come over to Ascot - she's meant to win and the prizemoney is a lot worse

Look what happened to Black Caviar

How do UK traders sleep at night - with markets like these down under!

It's trading heaven, where bets get matched at whatever price you ask for. :D

Hate it when Betfair put your account in negative (curr. -960) even though no open positions, happens at least once a month

Same here. False start for the 6:30 at Werribee and I've got a negative balance. I suspect offset liability has been removed so all your lay bets appear to have a liability even though you've closed the trades.

When you see a market like the one in the graphic above, just place small bets on both ends of the spread and you have a good chance of getting them both matched.

You won't make much, but I take the view that if you pick up a fiver on the street, you can't really complain that it's not a tenner. :)

Someone just dropped an AUD 50k bet on fave Monkey Magic at Cranbourne R7 a couple of minutes before the off.
Market volume prior was 50k. Price around 2.16, bet at 2.00.
??
Finished fast for third.
