I have a bot thats meant to lay guardian selections at percentages below actual sp.

The problem is when the lays are put in the percentages are way off what they should be and if it is on a selection where the sp is less than 2 the lays just go in at 1.01.

Here are 2 examples:

This horse had an SP of 3.2 and was meant to lay at 30%, 50% and 70% of sp.

The bot put in lays at prices of 2.28, 1.63 & 1.01 which is actually 42%, 71% and 100%

Another one had an SP of 6.2

The bot put in lays at prices of 4.4, 3.15 & 1.89 which is 35%, 59% and 83%

So the percentages arent even the same race to race so you could lower them slightly and the prices be correct.

Can anyone help me with a solution?

Thanks

Its your calculations/expectations that are incorrect. In your two examples what were the prices you were expecting the bot to put out?

You might want to check out the main settings for 'staking' you can alter 'percentage offsetting' to be calculated price from 'using price minus 1.0' Thats probably a little closer to what you are expecting

I was expecting for the first one of 3.2 SP to be 2.54, 2.1 and 1.66

And for the second example of 6.2 SP, 4.6, 3.6 and 2.56

If you could point to where I'm going wrong that would be great or what I should be doing to get to those prices if they arent the percentages ive said.

Thanks
