Interesting results! Being abroad, I haven't been able to trade. But it does raise the question of dealing with stop-losses when b2l. How would you generally advise to deal with stop losses in b2l? Personally, I use your timed SL automation with a few additional signals, but any advise would be more than welcome!
Best regards,

I have found this type of stop usually works the best easpecially in NH races, depending on the runners your targetting ie if its front runners another option could be to green up/stop at around half race distance obvioustly if its a hold up horse that is nt going to be produced to the closing stages this option wont work so well.Laugro1968 wrote: ↑Sun Apr 09, 2017 10:25 pmInteresting results! Hi , need help here . For adding stop loss greening in this Dobing automation , I guess I have to amend this Dobing automation rule in parameters to " Off set with greening and stop " ?
Then , what rule do I add to green the losses and exit the trade if it goesc agianst me and what settings to use please .

General Tab
Close trade on Selection with greening
Arm 00:00:01 after event goes in play (or whatever time you want the rule to be active from)
Till 00:10:00 after event goes in play (or what ever time you want the rule to be active till)
Trigger 3 times / re-arm 3 secs
Parameters Tab
None
Conditions Tab
Close trade profit condition
tick 'with greening'
Less than -£5 (or whatever loss amount you want to trigger the rule at)
You could change to " off set with greening and stop " on the parameters tab but tbh it wont make any difference with the way this is set up so might be best if you use the rule exactly as it was (with offset with greening) and just add the details I posted above for the close trade rule.
Give that a few goes in practice mode and watch on the ladder or one-click screen and see if it suits
Apply it to 'Guardian nom 1' - as long as its the same selection as the DOBing back bet rule is applied to
The close rule will try and get you out as soon as the loss is more than -£5 so it depends how quick the odds have drifted (remember their is a 1 second delay imposed by Betfair for all in-play bets on horse racing)
Hi
I've asked this in another thread, but it's more appropriate here:
How can we adapt this to take BSP?
I've just tried it:
Seem to have made £7.50 on £30... 25%.. I hope this doesnt work the other way due to not matching properly?

The percentage is for your offset in relation to where your opening bet is placed (it is not a profit percentage) - so 20% lower than odds of 11.5 is 9.2
If you want to 'Take SP' and set you offset percentage you have two options
1) Put the bet in above the current price then use 'Take SP' but the offset percentage is calculated from where the back bet was placed not the SP
2) Wait till after the race has gone in running and trigger the bet at the actual SP odd this will mean the offset is placed exactly at the percentage below SP but if the horse got off to a good start you may not get matched at SP or at least not till after its traded much lower and is now on the drift
