What a celebration it will be if Liverpool manage to win the title on that first full weekend of fixtures

As much as I've missed the football I'm already sick of the pundits!

Quotes from a Telegraph article on the restart:
It is understood the main finding among the major clubs in the Premier League is that home teams will have little advantage in matches behind closed doors. With no fans in the stadium, the percentage of possession has been different to when supporters have been allowed in the stadiums.
The result has been just one home win in the first weekend of Bundesliga returning, then just two each during the second and third rounds of matches.
Another noticeable difference in 'behind closed doors' matches has been the lack of dissent towards referees after contentious decisions, which can be put down to there being no atmosphere from the stands and the microphones picking up every word.

Serie A to return on June 20th.
The French decision to void the season looking more and more premature by the day... it's also massively hamstrung PSG's chances of winning the Champions League if and when it restarts. Amazing to me it doesn't seem to have impacted their outright odds, currently 8.40 to lay, might see that get bigger in the days ahead.

In South Korea they had sound effects over the speakers and sex dolls in the crowd....actually, I'm starting to think this could be the way forward on a more permanent basis....superfrank wrote: ↑Thu May 28, 2020 6:43 pmQuotes from a Telegraph article on the restart:It is understood the main finding among the major clubs in the Premier League is that home teams will have little advantage in matches behind closed doors. 1. Sex dolls/Mannequins in the crowd
2. Robot drummers
3. Crowd chanting/Applause piped around the ground through MyApp
Added benefits would mean no fights/racism at grounds...what's not to like....
