Have to think they're being tested after every match, which means there'll surely be a few positive tests and withdrawals form the tournament. Might throw up a few lay opportunities in the outright market.
More than made up for it in 2 out of the other 4 womens matches in-play just now when both Mladenovic and Linette lost 6-1 in the opening set and bounced off 1.01 then took the second.

What a cracking game the Linette match was for trading, and for a moment thought the 2nd of 9 womens games were going to have a 1.01 turned over

Nice little 4-5 point move on thiem 1st set if you were able to get to the front of the queue early.
