Best communication settings?

Any pointers for what they should be set at? Looking to get the prices quicker

You should always be refreshing you main screen as fast as possible at 200ms especially when trading in play or during the final mins before.
As for the data rates in the comms section there is no right or wrong but more a personal preference and what you internet/comp can handle.
I have mine all set between 200ms and 1 secs.
