Cesena v Cremonese Under 0.5 Goals priced at 4 - 4.1 , got to be the lowest 0-0 I've seen for a long time.

Was that all pre-off? Got to love Italian football
Incredibly that was
Its a shame F.A cup finals are just not what they once were, no buzz at all around it, even nipped in local bookies while I was at the shops earlier and it seemed no different to any other regular Saturday - certainly a long way from what I remember from years back!
I had a similar conversation earlier with someone, Dallas
I remember as a kid, Cup Final day was huge like Grand National
Coverage would start in the morning, they'd have games and Question of Sport
They'd have helicopters following the team bus to Wembley, it was an incredible spectacle
Such a shame

The days of everyone and their dog knowing and talking about it have unfortunately gone forever
Unless you're a football follower you wouldn't even know it was on with the current coverage.
I've just called my mam who every year without fail when I was younger, would moan about how it's all over the place and she was sick of seeing and hearing about it and will be glad when it's over etc.
When I asked did she know what was happening today (apart from the wedding) she had no idea it was even on!

Y, while the PL and its money has been v.good for English league football as a whole the FA cup has unfortunately been collateral damage in its wakeEuler wrote: ↑Sat May 19, 2018 1:44 pmHere is why: -

The obvious way to transform that would be to give the FA Cup winners the 4th CL spot, then it does become valuable
That is part of the problem - the FA Cup winners get the same prize as the League Cup Winners, a spot in the Europa League
That would make today far more interesting, if a Chelsea victory denied Liverpool a place in the CL (unless the beat Madrid next week)
It would also excite fans again. Because if (for example Newcastle) won the FA Cup, being in the CL would give them huge money and a boost in status that would enable them to challenge the top 6, and re-address the financial balance in football
Unfortunately, the big clubs will never agree to that
