Betangel shuts Down
Can anybody help please? Betangel shuts down randomly, when I check the event viewer, it says 'Application Error' with something about the .NET framework. (See attachment). Any help much appreciated.

That's a pretty generic error code with the .NET framework itself rather than any of the Bet Angel code. Just make sure all Windows updates have been applied and if it keeps happening you may need to try repairing the .NET framework. Assuming you are using a recent version of Windows, .NET would be been preinstalled with Windows as standard.
A few years ago there was a build of BitDefender anti-virus that caused harm to the .NET framework, but we haven't seen anything like that recently, so unlikely to be the cause.
