Laying all horses within an odds range

Ive got the basic rule set up in guardian(and can lay 1 horse) but for the life of me cant work out how to get the automation to lay more. Is there a condition(or anything else) that I can add to the rule that will achieve this? (preferably without having to nominate horses)

It could be that you're using 'apples to selection' "any selection". If you change this to "every selection" then it will apply it to all selections that achieve the requested conditions.
