New parameter/rule: Unmatched volume one tick above must be x

I've tried to come up with work arounds but i don't think its possible.

I want to place a bet in a box where there is no unmatched money, but ONLY is there if X amount in the box above waiting to be matched.

For example:

I want it to fire a bet only if £100 or more is sitting unmatched in the box above.

The back box at odds 2.0 is empty
2.01 has £120 unmatched.
Bet should fire. It places bet at 2.0

Back box 2.0 empty
2.01 gas £90 unmatched waiting,
Bet does not fire.

Same for lay bets, but X amount waiting in the box below.

You need to set up a rule that captures SV's for price & money for the price range you are interested in.

The place bet rule then uses the money SV's as conditions on whether to place a bet, where the price you are placing the bet is on is your price SV.

I will have a play around later and see if I can make it work for SV =0 AND SV of +1 tick is >£100
