Silk colours missing?

We were all new to Bet Angel once. Ask any question you like here and fellow forum members promise not to laugh. Betfair trading made simple.

Hi guys,

I can no longer see silk colours on any of the ladder, 1-click or Guardian screens. Has something changed? I tried ticking the 'alternative source' box on the communications tab but this doesn't work either.
