Could Bet Angel Do This?

I'm not asking for a bot, since I don't yet own BA, but I'm looking for an automation that would do the following. Is it possible with BA?

At KO, place an order to back O0.5g @ (say) 1.25
If a first-half goal is scored before the O0.5 bet is matched, place an order to back O1.5g @ 1.25 (if the bet is matched, then stop monitoring)
If another first-half goal is scored before the O1.5 bet is matched, place an order to back O2.5g @ 1.25 (if the bet is matched, then stop monitoring)
and so on up until HT. Then
At HT, assuming no FH bets have been matched, if odds for the next goal over are < 1.2, close the trade as a scratch OR
If odds for the next goal over are >= 1.2, place an order @1.25 and stop monitoring.
