placing 2 bets, always an error on the 2nd?

ive set up some rules etc in excel to lay 2 bets in a race in play. all the numbers are being returned as i want when i enter examples by hand, but when i try my sheet 'live' and the criteria are met bet angel only places the first line then returns an ERROR status on the second line.

i read a few threads here and thought it could be the formats of the odds, i changed them to be exactly as they are in the lay column (where im reading them from) but i still get the error. my understanding is that ERROR means the syntax of the command is wrong, but then how does it successfully place the first when they read the same?
Both lines give the command LAY, then have odds and a stake in the relevant columns.
