Hello,

Can anyone help me. I cant use KEEP ALL button for unmached bets. Neither the TAKE ALL SP. In practise mode works perfectly. Thank you in advance

Which market are you trying this on?

Some markets do not allow keep bets.

You also need to make sure you're logged into an API mode, ie mode 0 will do

I mosly use Horse racing and football markets.
I am sorry,but I dont know whats an API mode,could you explaine to me. Thank you in advance

Hi
When you log into betangel, in the section towards the bottom, you can enter the mode, type in 0
The modes are described in the user guide (see links on the right)
