I attempted to green up yesterday for a few quid and somehow made a loss! I thought it was my guardian refresh rate being too fast (200ms) making things seem sticky? ,....not sure :?:

I literally started using Betdaq today and I got this?

"Betdaq cannot process your request as you are currently calling their servers too frequently and have been temporarily black-listed"

I only have one instance of BA open and Guardian running

Check your settings with info in the knowledge base http://betangel.kayako.com/Knowledgebas ... my-account

If you over-call Betdaq suspend you for a period (x seconds) before enabling again.

Get Betdaq to check your limits though as we ask for the them to be raised. So it shouldn't be a major issue?

Totally unusable at the moment - just keep getting 'System error'.

Guessing hardly anyone else is using BD but if someone is is it working for you?

Now getting 'invalid username' despite just trying to cancel bets from within BetDaq Angel

API seems totally screwed.

Yes and not a word out of Betdaq!

Just rushed home to trade the afternoon and can't even log in on the website. :x

It is constantly suspending now for me on the 14:45. The 14:35 at Newmarket was fine.

Still not a word from Betdaq

Been speaking to Betdaq on the phone, they seem to be confident it will come back but quite a lot of the afternoon lost though.

Likewise, spoke to them on the phone and also suggested they put something out on Social Media.

Now I am just getting markets showing as closed.

Trying to decide if I should just throw in the towel for the day...
