So odd to see Frankie Dettori leaving Ascot overloaded with his kit and on his own after such a meeting instead of surrounded by an entourage, autograph hunters and well wishers.

It was about .5 secs behind the BLV which is from Sky isn't it? I imagine lots of people have a much quicker feed

Phew, glad that's all over. Finished with a decent result, but that was tough going this year!

Ascot post time turnover was £64m vs £70m last year. But there were more races this year. So on an average turnover per race perspective turnover was off about 25%. Lack of crowd, bookmakers, interest, drunk people? Difficult to know, but that may set the standard for the year.

Never really got fully into it and only had one stand out result all week, the rest where nothing special
