I had 2 orders to back Aus at 1.39 for #350 .. bets were matched at 05.52.40, yet, 4 mins later, still showing unmatched, in unmatched tab.
Bets def been matched.P/L also not been updated, so, something has 'stuck'

Maybe the refresh doesnt include 'external' bets ?

The 'refreshed at 06:xx:xx etc' bar .. (unmatched bets, below Take Sp all)
How does that get updated ? is is just, when something happens ?

They don't affect the streaming side of things, but even when streaming is on, Bet Angel is using the polling API to supplement its information from time to time.Bonnie wrote:When Streaming is activated are the following redundant (1) Bet Angel Dynamic Connection Tuner and (2)Bet Angel Connection Smoothing?
As such either leave those settings at the default, or if you've modified them for best polling responsiveness, leave them at those new settings.
This is another example of the issue neilb and others have reported on this thread. We are getting roughly one instance of the problem reported every two days... it could be that the order stream isn't alerting Bet Angel that something has changed or it could be a failure at the Bet Angel side in processing the message correctly. It logs all information about the order stream to your PC. If you see the problem again, we'll be able to tell you where to find the information and hopefully the extra diagnostics will help development.

It's the last time Bet Angel processed a bet information change. The fact it hasn't changed for a few minutes means that as far as Bet Angel is concerned nothing has changed with those bets. If anyone else thinks they've seen this occur, then please install the same build of the beta; the first instance we see with full diagnostics will be of massive help.

No we haven't changed that, but I can see on our accounts server that you've logged in with the correct beta.
