Bet angel did not show all selections.

Today when I was using Bet Angel some markets did not show all the selections, I could not trade on these markets.

What is causing this problem? I was too frustrated, I had two Bet Angels opened and running in live mode, I thought its fine to run it twice one for horse racing market and the other for greyhounds market.

I have attached 2 screenshots of 2 markets that did not show all selections.

Please help and tell me if I need to do some extra settings.

It happened today again and I had only one bet Angel opened.

Is this only happening on Greyhound markets? and when it does are you able to see all the selections on the Betfair website?

This happens alot in demo mode on the greyhounds, been happening since Ive been using betangel for last year.

It only happens in greyhound market.
Yes I can see the selection on betfair website.
I have to restart Bet Angle every time it happens, which is frustrating to do.

Why don't you try contacting support rather than just posting up the same thing with no further information? The forum is primarily for discussion between users rather than support.
