In that case on each of your back rules goto the signal tab and add increment signal value on the market.

Then on the green up rule add a 'Signal Changed condition' and specify that the signal being used above last changed 30 secs ago
Hero! Many thanks!

Last thing, the Signal Changed condition has the time as "Last changed between" Should I set this for "Between 29 and 30 seconds"??

Thanks!

Thought I'd put it in here as it regards DOBBING:

Obviously the lay bet is bigger than the back bet But how much would you get matched in running in a low grade Tuesday afternoon race?

It would depend on how well it runs

Interesting results! Being abroad, I haven't been able to trade. But it does raise the question of dealing with stop-losses when b2l. How would you generally advise to deal with stop losses in b2l? Personally, I use your timed SL automation with a few additional signals, but any advise would be more than welcome!

Best regards,
Laurent

I have found this type of stop usually works the best easpecially in NH races, depending on the runners your targetting ie if its front runners another option could be to green up/stop at around half race distance obvioustly if its a hold up horse that is nt going to be produced to the closing stages this option wont work so well.

If you click the green plus icon and add the following rule type

General Tab
Close trade on Selection with greening
Arm 00:00:01 after event goes in play (or whatever time you want the rule to be active from)
Till 00:10:00 after event goes in play (or what ever time you want the rule to be active till)
Trigger 3 times / re-arm 3 secs

Parameters Tab
None

Conditions Tab
Close trade profit condition
tick 'with greening'
Less than -£5 (or whatever loss amount you want to trigger the rule at)

Thanks Dallas ,

Just to clarify do I use " Off set with greening " as it is in in the original Dobing rule parameter or change it to " off set with greening and stop " ?

cheers

You could change to " off set with greening and stop " on the parameters tab but tbh it wont make any difference with the way this is set up so might be best if you use the rule exactly as it was (with offset with greening) and just add the details I posted above for the close trade rule.
Give that a few goes in practice mode and watch on the ladder or one-click screen and see if it suits

Thank you , tried it with the suggested settings -5 , it always greened up the loss between 6 and 7 ...
Do you think any adjustments needed ?

What do we need to enter in " Applies to selection " on the close trade rule ?

many thanks

Apply it to 'Guardian nom 1' - as long as its the same selection as the DOBing back bet rule is applied to

The close rule will try and get you out as soon as the loss is more than -£5 so it depends how quick the odds have drifted (remember their is a 1 second delay imposed by Betfair for all in-play bets on horse racing)
