Hi, I wonder if Dallas or another member of the team could explain how the guardian trigger counts work when applied to the new option of Every Selection.

I have some rules set to trigger 100 times and sometime observe the trigger count being 1/100 or 1(0)/100 or 4(1)/100 ... etc.

On one particular market, I can see from the log that a total of 49 bets were placed but I can't quite see how to reconcile that number with the trigger counts I see.

Many thanks.

When using 'Every' 1 trigger covers each selection in the market.
so if you wanted to place 4 bets on each selection and there were 3 selections, you'd use 4 triggers and that would place a total of 12 bets
if you used the same file on a market with 18 selection you'd still use 4 triggers but you'd get 72 bets

I understand that logic. What I am trying to further understand is how to reconcile the number of bets placed on a market with the different rules within an automation that actually place those bets.

For example, in a recent market my bot placed a total of 86 bets (in a 6 selection market) and the bet trigger lines in the automation read as follows:
2(1)/100
1/100
4/100
6(5)/100
1(0)/100
1(0)/100
1(0)/100
1/100

What do the numbers in brackets signify and why are the not present on some rules? How do I read that list and arrive at my 86 bets?
Thanks again for all of the sterling work you do on this forum.
Cheers.

I see what you mean now, its basically the largest and smallest number of triggers so for this one
6(5)/100

Its triggered on one or more selections a total of 6 times out of 100
and the selection/s its triggered on the least is 5 times

Ah OK. Thanks for the clarification.
So I guess it's not always possible to 100% reconcile bet placement counts.
