I have a text comparison condition to exclude "Nov Hcap Chs" (no " "' 's) and the bot didn't fire for a "Nov Chs"...

Is this what you would expect to happen (as "Nov Chs" is contained within it) or is "Nov Hcap Chs" treated as one complete string?

(of course the bot may have another problem that's stopping it from firing - just checking how the text comparison condition works. Below is how it appears in condition:

Mares Nov Hrd
Mdn Hrd
Nov Hcap Chs
Sell Stks

in a "Market name does not contain any of the following" criteria..
Thks...

What criteria are you using from the picklist?

It uses the single words and each should be on a seperate line, so if you added just the following
Hcap

That would allow it to trigger on Nov Chs but not Nov Hcap Chs

If you use them with condition groups you can create a more complex logic to hone in on just the markets/races you need
