Doping has been around cycling for over a hundred years.
Tom Simpson in 67 stcks in my mind. What possesed those guys to think that amphetamines were a good solution to feeling knackered because you've already pushed your body to it's limit.
Hindsight is a great thing?
LA may have been one of many doping more intelligently. But he was a cheat and he got caught and tried every trick to wriggle out of it, including intimidation. He has no respect from me.

Devastated for Cav he was looking good but the race goes on and what a race it is you'd think it was in the 3rd week not just past the 1st.

Shame for Matteo Jorgenson getting caught yesterday after that solo attack but great viewing.

Pogacar has had the legs on Vingegaard last few days but never write Jumbo off with Cus and Van Art pulling Vingegaard around France.

With Wimbledon ending today I should finally be able to follow this closer rather than always being a day behind and scared to open the topic in case of a spoiler

Shame really as its been one of the best battles both physically and mentally in years between these two and if that wasn't enough its been on since day 1

Just hope this final week doesn't deliver a knock out blow to one of them early on - imagine going into Paris with a gap so small it could still go either way in the GC

Today should be an absolute belter, last day in the Alps before a rest day. Hopefully Jumbo and UAE are both all in.
