Yes - the hot air balloon trip was most memorable. I can recommend Trip Advisor for the best value and safest tours for UK peeps, often with smaller buses that have a max of 6-8. We found them generally cheaper than booking with the Rep or hotel.
Don't forget that this time of year is often 40C+, so lots of sun cream and water advisable.
