Where can I find the market opening price of a horse?

Is there anywhere I can find what a horse(s) was priced when a market first opened? Or the movement of the price up to race time?

Bets will be placed at 1.01 and 1000 soon as it opens then they slowly come together and start being matched, which could be 5 mins or 5 hrs after it's opened
So i'm not sure how relevant that would be,

But you'd need to capture that data yourself using Stored Values, ie, the current back, lay and LTP
