If you're using firefox it's worth checking if a restart's required to apply update.

Correct! Just forced a Firefox restart and now resizing AND frame rate issues have been resolved.peachflame wrote: ↑Wed Oct 11, 2023 3:32 pmIf you're using firefox it's worth checking if a restart's required to apply update.

'Restart'? Mine does it from a cold boot. Did you force an update somehow?jamesedwards wrote: ↑Wed Oct 11, 2023 3:39 pmJust forced a Firefox restart and now resizing AND frame rate issues have been resolved.
So what version are you on now?

I was on v118.0.1 which was an update on 28th Sep (when the RTV first started), and an update to v118.0.2, dated today, was waiting. I restarted Firefox and now everything is hunky doryShaunWhite wrote: ↑Wed Oct 11, 2023 4:53 pm'Restart'? Mine does it from a cold boot. So a Firefox issue not a Betfair one afterall.
Thanks PeachFlame. But I've checked. I go to about and see if there is an update but not there yet. Hopefully when I get the update it will sort it out.peachflame wrote: ↑Wed Oct 11, 2023 3:32 pmIf you're using firefox it's worth checking if a restart's required to apply update.

I don't know if it's connected, but I also updated Windows with the usually monthly nonsense just before the new version of Firefox appeared.gstar1975 wrote: ↑Wed Oct 11, 2023 9:11 pmThanks PeachFlame. My desktop version of Firefox is now 118.0.2 but it didnt update since last week. I will check again today if I'm still having trouble and report back.
Also just to note Firefox on my mobile phone just updated today to "118.2.0" yes 118.2.0 not to confuse it with "118.0.2".
So can everyone check if they have 118.2.0 or 118.0.2 please?

Windows update is a nightmare. I've learnt thanks to this group that they always appear overnight on the second Tues/Weds of the month. So I always push updates through manually before trading starts on that Weds.
