Yes, I think you are both right... I've only applied it to wifi...

I get problems 2nd wednesday of the month. It's weird and annoying.

Updates available second Tuesday of each month, so late Tuesday check for updates and it should give you the option for the monthly feature updates etc., which you con do then rather than wait til you're working on Wednesday.
