Since Betfair already charge customers for having more than 5000 transactions per hour, I suppose they could be willing to offer this as well. Personally, I'm more than happy to pay a few pounds a day for it.

It's a difficult ask as you need somebody to be present. Market ops at Betfair could do this, but don't for some reason. I've seen Betdaq do this.
I enquire with Wetherbys once about importing times and other data straight for the horses mouth, excuse the pun. But they wanted substantial sums of money, so it wasn't viable.
