Guardian refresh to be wholly before/after start option

Restrict refresh is only available as a range between "before start" to "after start"

Nipping into a market to place some auto bets 5 mins before the off and then doing nothing else consumes excess network and processing time since the shortest refresh time is from 300 - 0 ie the whole 5 minutes have to be wasted refreshing when all is wanted is say 305 - 295 - a tiny 10 second window.

Similar situations arise for those wanting to place bets in just the second half of a football match - they would have to set the range (allowing 15mins for half time) as 0 - 105*60 instead of say 60*60 - 105*60

So could both "start" and "to" seconds have an extra selecion dropdown to choose from "before start time" or "after start time" and the number of seconds then applied appropriately. Little extra code check to ensure range is sensible ie "start" is really before "to" needed as well.

I do this using the BA API, but agree it would be better for most if it was available in Guardian
