Enable Bet Placed information to be recorded as SV''s

We have the facility to Store information of the last bet matched so why not the same option for the last bet placed. Once we have the Bet ID we can use it to ID/isolate this bet from other bets placed by other strategies.

Even better would be the ability to associate a stored value with a bet ID from a specific trigger. If you just use bet placed then this won't always work correctly when betting with in-play delay.

Betfair offers the ability to tag bets at a strategy level, and then at a bet level below the strategy level. For example, on any event you could run 10 (unlimited?) different strategies, and for each strategy you could have say 20 (unlimited?) different bet types. The API handles this very easily and has for many years.

BetAngel says that they can't implement this without a difficult rewrite (and I'm sure it is true)
