offset tick

Hi,

I use offset tick on correct score and goal line, why tick value not be the same ?
ex: on correct score for odd 2.6, tick value used is 0.02 but on goal line betangel use 0.01

"Asian" football markets are structured differently, with 0.01 tick increments (Goal Lines, Asian Handicap)

Not sure if BA can open them normally, some software can't
