Agree with mugsgame. In the long-run there is 100% no way Ladbrokes (EDIT) will cohabit with a flourishing exchange.
Doesn't matter if they own an (the?) exchange or somebody else does. Ladbrokes DNA is ripping off mug punters, always has and always will be.
If they manage to kill off betfair they'll promptly take a poison pill and kill betdaq... GUARANTEED

Ladbrokes online sportsbook prepares to launch its new feature, Ladbrokes Exchange, in early 2014.
Ladbrokes Exchange is a new feature that is scheduled to be added to Ladbrokes online sportsbook in early 2014. It will be a new product that will run alongside Ladbrokes' already existing fixed odds sportsbook, and will be accessible on Mac, PC, Tablet and Mobile. The goal is to create a more comprehensive and strategically differentiated sports betting for customers around the world.
The idea of Ladbrokes Exchange became possible when Ladbrokes acquired the Betdaq betting exchange, and decided to use it to launch a standalone business. The Exchange will hopefully bring new life to the United Kingdom's standard but stagnant online gambling site.
Promotion of Ladbrokes Exchange will mostly be done from Ladbrokes' new subsidiary in Israel, which was opened in May 2013. Ladbrokes Israel has approximately 60 employees and expects that number to grow to 100 by the end of 2013. Their goal will be the restructuring of resources with a focus on fully integrating Playtech into the system.
You can learn more about Ladbrokes Exchange on the Ladbrokes site - there is already a tab on the home page menu that says "Ladbrokes - Coming Soon." You can view the interesting promo video which ncludes the subtitles: "We've been working day and night...to bring you...Ladbrokes Exchange. Coming Soon."

Mark Iverson did a blog post as well this morning which is worth a read and talks a bit about how he sees Betdaq and Ladbrokes working:
