Link for weather.

Tee-times (local time is -5 hours)

It looks like the early tee-times (8am - 9am) could will catch the worst of the weather today. If the start of play is delayed and the play is slow (some wily golfers might be encouraged to take their time over a few crucial putts), the late starters become really late, switching the disadvantage from the earlies to the lates.
Notable early starters
Gonzalo Fernandez-Castano
Trevor Immelman
Notable late starters
Tiger Woods
Rickie Fowler
Day
My guess is that the weather today is unlikely to be significant.
Looking ahead, an afternoon thunderstorm is forecast for Sunday. It could make the leaders' "Amen Corner" interesting and might be a bit of a leveller. The winner might just come from mid-field on the last day if they are within say 4 or 5 of the lead and shoot 68 or better.
Me thinks I speculate too much!

Depends on the following pack. Woods is worth a shot a day at least in front of the field, so leaders need to be a few away and Woods can't catch them. If he is level he will come in.
I could do with Woods completely blowing up to be honest, but that's my P&L talking.
