I lost £650 last year after a BF crash, and I struggled for at least 2 weeks to galvanise my enthusiasm again

I'll just have to knuckle down and see what happens over the next week. This is the 3rd hit I;ve taken this week. The other 2 just down to weak markets and volume spikes pre off. Its a shitty profession sometimes.
