MrUndercover, you make a distinction between "large liquidity providers" and traders but in my experience most of the liquidity is from traders.

As for voiding orders through a certain period...that's a nightmare, how are they supposed to know what I want cancelled? and how would they tell me what they had done quickly enough for me to deal with it.

If you're down because of glitches, you perhaps need to hope they continue because, over time they will balance out. Backed horses will win as well as lose, and layed horses will lose as well as win. Thankfully we're all in a roughly 100% market so time will level it out.

The stress you're feeling about the situation is doing more harm to your trading than the situation itself.

If the Betdaq API falls down, and there's nobody there to hear it..... ;)
Not seen many posts about Betdaq's Live Video not working today.....Guess Betfair has been forgiven? ;)

Betfair are useless with non runners, Betdaq seem to have no problem withdrawing them quickly enough for the in running markets.

From around 17:30 Saturday Bet Angel almost totally frozen, but Betfair itself is ok. Bet ANgel interface updates once maybe every 60 seconds then freezes. Have rebooted PC and this has made no difference. I'm on Virgin. Anyone else getting any issues ?

Nope its everything, it's shagged. I am so disappointed, so much for 'improved customer experience'.
