HELP Excel connection problem 'HRESULT: 0x800AC472'

The problem I have is when I open workbook, the message says 'unable to open workbook- exception from HRESULT: 0x800AC472'. Would anyone know how to fix that because it's still not letting me connect to betangel. Any help would be really appreciated
