This condition will test for the name and value of a signal on either a selection or market, you can test if the value is Less than, Greater than, or equal to a specified number.
For example, using the setting below would require the selection which is currently the favourite to have had a signal named "counter" with a value greater than 6 set.
So if this condition was applied to a "Green all selections" rule and another "Place back bet" rule type was incrementing a signal named "counter" each time it was triggered, then for the first six back bets this rule would be prevented from triggering. Only on the seventh bet (with the counter signal incremented to a value of 7) would this condition be met, allowing "Green all selections" to trigger.
