Hiya I am having a right game with your server. When I place a bet it's really slow, I have had to log out on the server. And login on the desktop app, which is much quicker can you help please

No I will try that Dallas. I was having trouble with it keep freezing last week.
Generally, you should be restarting every few weeks to keep it running optimally
so if it's been a while or never restarted since you got it you should see a difference once done
Don't shut it down completely, just restart it.

On the same subject..
Can anyone advise me, as to what is the 'command prompt' to re-boot the VPS?
I followed the info in the support video to create a 'task' to automate nightly re-boots, but it doesn't work. I'm quite tech savvy, and have run *nix servers for over 20 years (providing client hosting) - but I've normally stayed clear from Windows.
I can only assume the command prompt in the video, isn't correct for my VPS?
I did submit a support request a number of days ago, but got no response. Also, tried the knowledge base - but the URL is dead (404). The support request also detailed another issue - but I've since worked around this by installing an FTP client, to upload my .baf files.

You will need to contact Technical Support via the following link and give them your server details, when you do also make sure you include that you have tried a restart alreadySwimming999 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2018 1:17 pmhi i have restarted it and still very slow carnt use it i am using the betfair normal one

Yes - I can see, and will now use the links you've stated.
For your reference, the dead links, etc., are found on the page here: https://www.betangel.com/support/
The page 'Knowledge Base' link, must be an old one ( https://www.betangel.com/knowledge-base ... -angel/488 )
And I presume, the 'Contact Support' form found further down the page, must also be old/redundant - in which case would benefit by removing / updating?
Both the KB and support pages where updated a few weeks ago and moved to new hosting, these links must have been missed.melvidge wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2018 1:28 pmThanks for your prompt response Dallas.Dallas wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2018 12:50 pm

All your Bet Angel settings are stored in the same directory on your PC (or in your case VPS)convoysur-2 wrote: ↑Tue Jan 23, 2018 7:20 pmalso betangel question im on the midddle expensive betangel vps and i would like to upgrade to the best available,69.99 per month,is it possible to upgrade with out losing all my settings and automation ?

C:\Users\Administrator\AppData\Roaming\Bet Angel\Bet Angel SE
so just copy the contents of this directory to a new folder to your desktop then copy back to the same location on your new VPS
