Stake buttons and changing stakes on ladders

Hi

Is it possible to move the stake buttons to the bottom of the ladders?

Is there a keyboard shortcut(s) to scroll through the stake buttons on the ladders? eg pressing the "q" key lets you scroll down the stake buttons to a smaller stake on a ladder, pressing the "a" key lets you scroll up to bigger stakes.
