This condition is designed to be used when applying a rule to 'EVERY' selection if you wish to test if the selection currently being processed 'is' or 'is not' the one specified in the rule condition.
For example, you could be using a 'Place Lay Bet' rule applied to 'EVERY' selection but want to place a the lay bet on every runner except the Favourite, or Place a lay bet on every selection in a market apart from the one in the Servant Context.
If you wanted to include/exclude more than one selection from the rule you add multiple 'Current Selection' conditions, in the image below the rule will trigger on EVERY runner except the selections which are currently the 1st and 2nd favourite
