This area allows you to add your own text notes for each rule, you can add anything you want here from a brief description of what the rule does, to a full list of bullet points of everything the rule does, making it easier to refer to than going through each of the tabs individually.
It can be especially useful when using Stored Values or Signals and/or have lots of other rules to remind you the names of the other rules they are connected to.
