Bet Angel – Purchase terms and conditions
Please make sure you read all the terms and conditions before purchasing. You will be asked to agree to these terms before purchasing, at the time of purchase, and at the point of installing the software via the end-user license agreement.
If you don’t want to proceed with your purchase, please don’t install or register the software and contact our support team right away, who will issue a refund. Once you have installed or registered the software, you will be deemed to have accepted these terms, and no refund will be available.
While this is a key part of your terms, please read the additional terms that are also applicable to your purchase.
What Are Your Purchasing
Unless explicitly varied by an offer, Bet Angel operates on a ‘pay as you go’ subscription service priced by the day or month. You activate Bet Angel using serial numbers that we will send to you.
Service commences only from this serial number’s registration point, so it is possible to ‘pre-buy’ subscriptions before your anticipated usage; this is the recommended method.
You can also pre-buy ahead of the expiry of an existing subscription. You are automatically informed of when your subscription is due to expire, and subscriptions last for the set number of days you have bought.
There is no need to cancel your subscription, as it will expire automatically at the end of your stated period. Full-paying subscribers can install multiple copies of the software on more than one computer without additional charge.
What to expect
After you have completed your order, you will be immediately directed to an area where you can download your product.
Shortly afterwards, you should receive a serial number to unlock your software.
If you don’t immediately receive a serial number, please wait a short while, as it probably means your order has been referred and will need to be accepted manually by a member of staff.
Start of service – Terms of the service we provide
Your service will start from the point of your registration rather than the point of order. For your information, you may receive messages from us based on your point of order. If your existing subscription is close to expiring, we will inform you at least five days before, and you will receive reminders when you log in.
Once a subscription is activated, it runs for the entire term of the subscription. It is not possible to break or temporarily suspend the service. We cannot offer any credit or refunds for unused portions of your subscription.
General Terms
Your purchase is subject to the general terms detailed on this page and to the license agreement you agree upon installing the software. If you do not agree with these terms, contact us immediately for a refund.
All orders are on a firm sale basis only, and once you register and/or use the service, we cannot provide any pro-rata refunds for any reason for your remaining subscription.
Each serial number issued by Bet Angel must be registered and activated within six (6) months of the date of purchase. Serial numbers that are not registered within this period will automatically expire and cannot be used are void and non-refundable.
Full-paying subscribers can install multiple copies of the software on more than one computer without additional charge. Fixed-term subscriptions are for the stated period and will not renew automatically; there is no need to email us with a cancellation.
Registration of the software will be considered acceptance of all terms and the software license agreement.
