Dutching Bet Placement (Parameters)
When using the 'Dutching - Place Bets on Included Selections' rule type, the Parameter area will allow you to configure the staking method and stakes to be used, the margin (when using margin maker), the action to be performed as well as the ability to use Global Settings.
Staking Method
For the staking method you can choose from any of the types shown in the image below
Fixed Stake - The amount you enter will be the total stake used when placing the dutch bets regardless of the price, this amount is the maximum you can lose if any of the selections NOT being dutched win.
Fixed Stake using Stored Value - As above except instead of entering a stake amount this option lets you set your stake using an amount held in a Stored Value, if this option is chosen you will have additional options to input the name of the stored value you want to use and if the stored value is from a selection, market, event or Bet Angel
Target Profit - This option lets you set a target profit you want to achieve if any of the selections being dutched wins, the stakes for each selection will be calculated based on the prices the bets are placed at.
Target Profit using Stored Value - As above except instead of entering a target profit amount this option lets you set your target profit using an amount held in a Stored Value, if this option is chosen you will have additional options to input the name of the stored value you want to use and if the stored value is from a selection, market, event or Bet Angel.
Note: It is advisble to using the Dutching condition when using a Target Profit method to limit the total stake you are willing to use to achieve that target profit.
Margin (For Margin Marker)
Lets you set the profit percentage you want to make if this selection wins, for more details on how the margin maker works please see this
page (For this option to be used on a selection you need to ensure you have ticked the 'Use Market Maker' option on the Parameters tab of your 'Dutching - Include Selection' rule)
Action
The following actions are available to select
Place Dutching bets on included selections - This option will instruct the rule to place dutching bets on the selections you have included with the 'Dutching - Include a Selection' rule type
Place dutching bets on included selections and log predicted profit calculations - This option will instruct the rule to place dutching bets on the selections you have included with the 'Dutching - Include a Selection' rule type, and log the predicted profit calculations in the Bet Angel
log for that market
Log predicted profit calculations only, No bet placement - This option will log the predicted profit calculations in the Bet Angel log for that market only - and will NOT place any bets
