The parameters area lets you specify were a bet is to placed, the staking method and stake size to be used, you can also specify any 'Global Settings' you may wish to apply to your rule.
Parameters are not always required, for example when using certain rules types like 'Green all Selections' or 'Take SP', therefore when ones of these rules are used it will just display 'No Parameters Required' and the rest will be blank.
